Simple answer, probably yes! Over the years we have many customers that have moved to different areas or have asked us to work on a second home for them in various parts of the state and we do have some federal and state contracts that take us to unusual spots. Today we have an extensive subcontractor base that we’ve developed to provide a high-quality result wherever we go.

Have you built close to the Ocean?

Yes! We build residential and commercial projects right at the Ocean, we do it all the time. There are special measures that need to be taken when building up a walls to prevent water intrusion, metals and reducing corrosion needs to be addressed, we even have a paint specification!
